1. No Refund After Successful Purchase

Once a purchase is successfully completed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.


2. No Refund After Project Roadmap Creation

After the project roadmap has been created and approved, no refunds will be granted, as the work and resources are already allocated.


3. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If the client cancels the project after making the advance payment, the advance payment will not be refunded. This is to compensate for the time, resources, and planning already invested in the project.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

  • Payments made by mistake.
